  3. Enter a valid payment method (you will not be charged until time of service). 

  4. Complete Booking

Once booked, you will receive a welcome email with two

 short forms to complete before you come in.

What to Expect

Your introductory workout will last just under an hour and is designed to help us get to know you and your goals. During this session, we will:

  • Discuss your objectives, address any questions or concerns, and review your intake.

  • If needed, we will talk about how to safely work around any injuries or limitations.

  • Explain how our program operates and how it is designed to be safe, sustainable, and effective.

  • Introduce you to 5-8 exercises on our MedX equipment and teach you the foundational principles of high-intensity training.

  • Depending on your preferences and capabilities, you may leave feeling like you got a great workout, or you may leave wanting more. We prioritize form and safety above all else and will meet you where you are.

How much is the introductory Workout?​​

$100.

 

This session is not just about working out; it's about helping you understand what training at Live Oak Strength feels like and why it’s valuable. There is no pressure to commit immediately—you can take your time to decide if joining Live Oak Strength is the right choice for you. Even if you choose not to sign up, we hope that you apply what you learn to make your workouts elsewhere safer, more efficient, and productive.
