What to Expect During Your First Workout

Your introductory workout will last just under an hour and is designed to help us get to know you and your fitness goals. During this session, we will:

  • Discuss your objectives, address any questions or concerns, and review your intake form.

  • If needed, we will talk about how to safely work around any injuries or limitations.

  • Explain how our program operates and why it is designed to be safe, sustainable, and effective.

  • Establish your baseline strength using our ARX equipment, focusing on the chest press, row, and leg press.

  • Introduce you to 4-5 additional exercises on our MedX equipment and teach you the foundational principles of high-intensity training.

This session is not just about working out; it's about helping you understand what training at Live Oak Strength feels like and why it’s valuable. There is no pressure to commit immediately—you can take your time to decide if joining Live Oak Strength is the right choice for you. Even if you choose not to sign up, we hope that you apply what you learn to make your workouts elsewhere safer, more efficient, and productive.
